Hi everyone! Here’s another Valentines Special from us and this time we have set our heart shaped eyes on the popular genre of Teen Romance Movies! We recently watched the Netflix movie, ‘He’s All That’, an updated gender swapped version of the popular teen film, ‘She’s All That’ and it got us thinking. Firstly we discussed our gripes with the often seen trope where a protagonist removes their glasses and suddenly becomes beautiful – in the case of ‘He’s All That’ he removes his hat et voila! A handsome man! Then we got to thinking about what actually goes into making an entertaining and at least watchable teen movie. So we decided to come up with our own! How hard could it be?
